Aldo Verrelli

Founder and Financial Professional Phone: 516-506-7515 aldo@averrelli.com

The founder of A. Verrellli & Associates, Aldo Verrelli launched his financial services career in the early 1970’s. Aldo emigrated to the
United States as a teenager when his parents moved from Italy to New York. His plan was to become a teacher, yet that plan was
sidetracked when he was recruited into the insurance business. To those who know and work with Aldo, however, it is obvious that at
heart, he remains an educator and a guide.

While Aldo’s practice started in insurance, he soon added other services, including investments and financial planning, which he offered to individuals, their families and to businesses. From the very beginning he also nurtured an interest in real estate – a trait he shares with many of his clients.

Over the course of more than four decades, Aldo has witnessed vast changes in the field of personal finance. This gives him tremendous
perspective and insight that he shares with the clients he counsels today. “It gives me great pleasure to put plans together and to help
people achieve their goals,” says Aldo, adding: “Because if you don’t translate your dreams into a plan, chances are nothing will get done.”

Aldo is passionate about giving back, which he exemplifies both through his work and in his community. In 2001, he was recognized as
‘Man of the Year,’ by MONY(Mutual of New York) for being a top leader in his profession.

In accordance with his belief that “education is central to success,” Aldo started a scholarship fund in his hometown of Ripi, Italy to help
middle school students learn English and visit the United States for cultural exchange. Aldo is also actively involved with the Columbus
Citizens Foundation, a non-profit organization in New York City committed to fostering an appreciation of Italian-American heritage.
Through its scholarship fund, the organization provides Italian American youth in financial need with support for educational purposes -
from elementary up to college level. In 2015, the Foundation recognized Aldo for his contributions in the Italian American community. As
an honoree, he participated in New York City’s annual Columbus Day Parade, an event that was televised in numerous countries.

Aldo himself attended Queens College, where he majored in languages. In addition to English, he speaks Italian, Spanish and French.

He resides with his family in Glen Cove on Long Island, New York.

Aldo is FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 registered, and he holds life, accident and health insurance licenses in multiple states
