His plan was to become a teacher, yet that plan wassidetracked when he was recruited into the insurance business. To those who know and work with Aldo, however, it is obvious that atheart, he remains an educator and a guide.While Aldo’s practice started in insurance, he soon added other services, including investments and financial planning, which he offered to individuals, their families and to businesses. From the very beginning he also nurtured an interest in real estate – a trait he shares with many of his clients.Over the course of more than four decades, Aldo has witnessed vast changes in the field of personal finance. Aldo is also actively involved with the ColumbusCitizens Foundation, a non-profit organization in New York City committed to fostering an appreciation of Italian-American heritage.Through its scholarship fund, the organization provides Italian American youth in financial need with support for educational purposes -from elementary up to college level. In 2015, the Foundation recognized Aldo for his contributions in the Italian American community. Asan honoree, he participated in New York City’s annual Columbus Day Parade, an event that was televised in numerous countries.Aldo himself attended Queens College, where he majored in languages.
